The Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal has announced their Best of 2016 list, and The Garibaldi Group (TGG) was represented in four different categories. For the individual award of Top Leasing Brokers throughout the Mid Atlantic region, TGG president Jeff Garibaldi was ranked #9 and executive managing director Jerry Moore was ranked #10. Mr. Garibaldi ended the year with an impressive 1.75 million square feet leased, while Mr. Moore racked up 1.5 million square feet.
Meanwhile, in the Largest Office Lease category, the leasing team at Bell Works was recognized for their 342,375 square foot lease to iCIMS, Inc., a recruiting software and ATS systems company based in New Jersey. The Bell Works leasing team consists of Mr. Garibaldi, along with vice presidents Tara Keating and Kyle Mahoney.
The firm was also recognized for one of the Largest Industrial Leases in 2016, for their efforts in leasing the 483,990 square foot spec building developed by Prologis, Inc. The building was leased to clothing start up, Stitchfix as a future disribution center. Stitch Fix is an online personal style service for men and women.
