The Garibaldi Group and Eastman Companies are proud to announce the lease of 8,000 square feet of office space at Eisenhower Corporate Campus (ECC) in Livingston, NJ. ECC is the jewel of the Eastman Companies’ portfolio. With a total of more than 380,000 square feet of office space, substantial amenities, and LEED Silver Certification, the property boasts many high profile tenants including Verizon, John Hancock, and Veritext.
Now included on that roster is Jersey Cares, a nonprofit organization established in 1993, which recruits and engages volunteers for local nonprofit opportunities around the state. The organization, formerly headquartered in downtown Newark, is excited to call ECC their new home. The organization has leased over 4,300 square feet of space on the building’s first floor.
Start-up Circuport, is a company with a mission to improve the quality of life for hemodialysis patients by introducing healthier vascular access systems. Circuport relocated from their offices in Morristown to occupy over 3,500 square feet of office space in ECC. They were drawn in by the state of the art conference center, among other first-class amenities offered by the building.
Both Jersey Cares and Circuport came to The Garibaldi Group and Eastman Companies with extremely short deadlines for a relocation. In a true team effort Eastman Companies and The Garibaldi Group were able to quickly deliver mutually acceptable lease agreements, and with Eastman’s in-house construction services, both tenants were able to move in less than a month after signing their leases.
Both tenants were represented by the The Garibaldi Group’s brokerage team of Jeff Garibaldi, Scott Garibaldi, Michael Witko and Ed Flanagan. Eric Maurer is the acting Director of Leasing for ECC Campus and The Garibaldi Group is the exclusive broker for the property.
