The Fall season has been a busy one here in Holmdel, New Jersey, where we’re transforming the former Bell Labs headquarters into a dynamic mixed-use center.
We’d like to thank each of our guests for joining us on October 22 for our first formal broker tour of the building, newly named Bell Works, as part of our very special boardwalk themed event. It was a fantastic night celebrating a building once home to some of the world’s most significant technological advancements – now reinvented as a truly unique multifaceted destination for culture, retail, and office users.
In keeping with the building’s enduring spirit of innovation, we’ve launched a new website, illustrating the cohesive vision for this iconic 2-million-square-foot building. Here, you’ll find a wealth of information about the history of Bell Labs and its reimagination as Bell Works, from the plans to create a pedestrian “street” through the building’s quarter-mile-long atrium to an animated flythrough of the complex.
