Eisenhower Corporate Campus Earns ‘The Outstanding Building of the Year’

Eisenhower Corporate Campus (ECC) in Livingston, NJ has won The Building Owners & Managers Association of New Jersey‘s (BOMA) award for “The Outstanding Building of the Year” in the “250,000 to 499,999-square-foot” category. ECC is owned and managed by Eastman Companies and The Garibaldi Group is the exclusive broker for the property. ECC is considered the jewel of the Eastman Companies portfolio and is located at 290 W. Mount Pleasant Ave. in the Essex County township.

The building offers class-A office space with full cafeteria and catering services, fitness club, a 220 seat auditorium and a state of the art conference center. The building is also proud to offer its tenants with the newest in clean energy amenities, providing solar power to help run the buildings electricity, along with electric car battery charging stations in its parking lot.

This is not the first BOMA award that ECC has one. In 1999 the building earned top honors in the “Best Managed Building Complex” category.

Current tenants in the building include Verizon Wireless, Citrin Cooperman, John Hancock, Zitter Group and Veritext to name a few, and the building has a remaining 115,000 SF of office space available for lease.
