The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International is proud to announce the signing of a 26,769 square foot lease for Avantor Performance Materials at the New Jersey Center of Excellence in Bridgewater. Avantor is a supplier of ultra-high-purity performance materials and solutions for the life sciences and advanced technology markets and headquartered out of Center Valley, PA.
“At our new innovation center in Bridgewater, we will be working with our customers to drive collaborative development and product commercialization,” Ashish Kulkarni, Avantor’s executive vice president and chief technology officer, said in a prepared statement. “We’re excited to take occupancy of our new state-of-the-art space, and to continue accelerating innovation for our global life sciences.
Representing Avantor in this transaction were Executive Managing Director Jerry Moore, Senior Executive Director, Chuck Bower, and Vice President, Scott Garibaldi. “Avantor’s innovation center in Bridgewater was the culmination of a multiyear site search made more challenging by the ever decreasing availability of quality lab space in New Jersey and Pennsylvania” said Jerry Moore.
