The Garibaldi Group is proud to announce that the firm was awarded a CoStar Power Broker award for being one of the top leasing firms in Northern New Jersey. Along with the company, a group of Garibaldi Group brokers were also recognized for their success in 2016, starting with the president of the firm, Jeff Garibaldi, as well as Vice Presidents Tara Keating-Freeman and Kyle Mahoney. All three brokers are responsible for exclusively representing Bell Works, the two million plus square foot redevelopment project in Holmdel, NJ. Mr. Garibaldi also leads one of the firm’s premier corporate service teams, where he helps manage a combined 32 million square foot real estate portfolio across the country.
The fourth broker to be recognized from the firm was senior vice president, Michael Bartolacci who is the head of the company’s Lehigh Valley office based in Bethlehem, PA. Mr. Bartolacci was recognized as being one of the top industrial leasing brokers in the greater Philadelphia area for 2016, having leased over a million square feet for the year.
