The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International has recently hired Charlie Dai as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Dai brings with him over 20 years of marketing and business development experience in both real estate and the life sciences sector. As a licensed real estate salesperson with a keen ability to understand the specific needs of his clients, Mr. Dai will head the growth of the firm’s National Corporate Advisory Group as well as support the firm’s expansion within the Central and Western New Jersey region, including Hunterdon County and parts of Somerset County.
Before joining The Garibaldi Group, Mr. Dai was Vice President of TellMed Strategies, a medical and pharmaceutical public relations firm, which grew nearly 500% during his tenure. His ability to evaluate real estate potential to best guide clients is further informed by his prior experiences in construction and as team lead for a Fortune 500 information services company supporting the banking industry.
