Today, marks the opening of The Kennedy Lofts in the Journal Square neighborhood of Jersey City. The new lofts are the beginning of a few development projects in the area, most notably the new plans for developing the land across the street at 87 Newkirk St. NJ.com talks with Federico Manaigo,
