Ralph Zucker - Somerset Development - President

Ralph Zucker is #12 in NJBIZ’s 2014 Real Estate Power 50

Ralph Zucker, president of Somerset Development has been ranked the 12th most powerful person in NJ Real Estate by NJBiz.com. Mr. Zucker is the visionary behind the Bell Works project in Holdmel, NJ, a redevelopment program for the former Bell Labs facility that aims to turn the property into a 2 million square foot mixed use community center. The property will offer medical, retail, office and event space and will begin moving in tenants in late 2015 and early 2016.

Bell Works is not Mr. Zucker’s only notable project however. He is credited for his work in establishing Wesmont Station in Wood-Ridge, NJ, a mixed use development built around the Wesmont train station and plaza. Mr. Zucker has many residential developments throughout the Tri-State area, and many right in his backyard of Somerset County including The Concord and Pine River Village both in Lakewood, NJ.

One quote from the NJBiz.com piece states that, “Ralph has reached a point where when it comes to new urbanist design stuff, he’s one of the best spokespeople in the state of New Jersey”. Join us in celebrating this notable achievement and come see Mr. Zucker’s work in the flesh by visiting the breathtaking Bell Works project and contact a Garibaldi Group representative listed below for more information on the project.
