The Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal came out with their Best of 2015 issue this week, and The Garibaldi Group is proud to announce their recognition as having the largest office lease in the Mid Atlantic region, as well as being #6 in the top brokers category for sales.
The deal for which the firm received the award for largest office lease was located at 777 Scudders Mill Road in Plainsboro, NJ. The property is made up of three class A office buildings with a total of 657,408 square feet in the Princeton Forrestal Center.
The lease was an extension and expansion in two of the three buildings for a total of 432,836 square feet, and was concluded to give the tenant flexibility in achieving their regional space initiatives.
Garibaldi co-represented the tenant along with Robert Morford of Morford & Dodds Realty.
