The Garibaldi Group, in conjunction with Avison Young of Chicago, has sold 57 Grumbacher Road in York, PA (Manchester Township). The Team of Brendan Kelly (Avison Young), Michael Bartolacci (Garibaldi), Jerry Moore (Garibaldi), and Chuck Bower (Garibaldi) negotiated the sale of the 284,582 SF industrial building formerly occupied by BRG Sports that is situated on 11.85 acres of land with an adjacent 3.81 acre parcel that can accommodate up to 92 trailer stalls or a 55,000 SF stand-alone building. The property was purchased High Street Realty Company, LLC out of Boston, MA and represented by Jason Webb of Jones Lange LaSalle. The transaction closed on March 12, 2015 for an undisclosed amount of money.
