US Investment Hits Post-Crisis Record

According to a new study based on data from Real Capital Analytics, national commercial investment has hit a post-recession high. After gradually climbing over the past four years, the third quarter of 2014 saw volumes reach $66 billion, which pushes the annual volume to the post-recession high high of $270 billion. The report shows that domestic investors still dominate the market, but are showing signs of a slowdown as their third quarter activity diminished somewhat. However there was an increase in investment from overseas and across the borders of North and South America.
