The Garibaldi Group is proud to acknowledge Jerry Moore and Chuck Bower for receiving the Largest Office Award at CORFAC International’s 2018 COR$TAR Awards. Nominees are considered based on square footage and total dollar value of the transaction.
Mr. Moore and Mr. Bower collaborated with Samuel Dickman Sr. and Samuel Dickman Jr. of The Dickman Company on a multi-year project to identify sites for a strategic manufacturing facility in the Milwaukee, WI market for a longstanding client. With very few suitable land sites available, the team was able to identify a creative opportunity to combine an existing 118,000 square foot office building with a neighboring land site to support a 350,000 square foot build-to-suit manufacturing facility.
Mr. Moore and Mr. Bower run The Garibaldi Group’s Corporate Services Division that they started in 1999. They now oversee a portfolio consisting of 35 million square feet of real estate assets across the globe, representing more than a dozen corporate clients. Garibaldi’s Corporate Services Division provides clients with asset and portfolio operational real estate services including network modeling, labor analytics, incentives, site selection and structured finance solutions.
