CHATHAM, NJ — The Garibaldi Group has added a veteran CRE broker to its Chatham-based brokerage team as part of its strategic expansion.
The company announced in February that Brian Cass joined its New Jersey team to specialize in office and industrial tenant and landlord representation.
“The Garibaldi name has always carried significant weight in the marketplace due to decades of highly professional execution, deep relationships and a sterling reputation. Joining the team here and being part of that legacy moving forward is both humbling and inspiring.” Cass said.
Earlier in his career, Cass was a member of JLL’s inaugural New Jersey office. He attributes much of his success to the 7 years he served as vice president. Cass began his brokerage career at Blau and Berg in 1997 focusing on warehousing product.

Prior to joining The Garibaldi Group, he served as director for Cushman & Wakefield in East Rutherford. He has worked with clientele such as Cisco Systems, Verizon, Wyndham Destinations, Travelers Insurance and others.

Cass is the third addition to the firm’s brokerage services team in the last year.
