HOLMDEL, NJ — Construction of a new workspace at Bell Works will start on Friday with a groundbreaking ceremony.

Simply dubbed Campus, the new space will spread across 72,200 square feet at Bellwork’s Metrohub and will serve medium-sized businesses and enterprises looking for flexibly termed leasing solutions as their teams return to the office.

Businesses will be able to lease both small and large footprints, depending on their needs. Everything from long-term private offices to pre-furnished “ready-to-wear” suites.

There will also be a newly expanded coLab coworking space, which offers shared and individual desks, solo offices and team suites through membership subscriptions.

Workspaces at Campus will be fully furnished and fully wired.

Behind the project is Somerset Development, a real estate developer that focuses on large-scale, transit-oriented and brownfield redevelopment projects.

Mayor Greg Buontempo will attend the opening ceremony, along with Somerset Development President Ralph Zucker.
