The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International is proud to announce the leasing of 202,204 square feet of Class A office space at 100 Nassau Park Boulevard in Princeton, NJ. The firm represented the tenant in the transaction, a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Company, while the landlord was represented by Morford &Dodds Realty.
The agreed upon lease consists of two phases. Phase I is for 62,916 square feet for an 11 year term that commenced on January 1, 2017. Phase II is for a 139,288 square foot expansion for a 10 year term set to commence on January 1, 2018.
The property is located along Route 1 at the Quaker Bridge Road junction, a densely populated retail section of town near the Quaker Bridge Mall, Mercer Mall and Nassau Park Pavilion.
Originally the tenant had planned to move out of the building after more than two decades of occupancy. However, after considering consolidation plans and alternative locations, the Tenant decided to recommit to the building, subject to implementation of a new build-out to better fit the current corporate space standards.
