The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International (TGG) is proud to announce the recent promotion of three key sales associates to the position of Vice President; Tara Keating, Scott Garibaldi, and Kyle Mahoney.
Tara Keating and Kyle Mahoney both act as the driving force behind the leasing team at Bell Works, the premier mixed-use redevelopment project by Somerset Development in Holmdel, NJ. Alongside TGG President Jeff Garibaldi, the team has leased over 700,000 square feet of office space in the building to such premier technology companies as iCIMS, NVIDIA, Symbolic IO and Workwave. The leases have brought the building occupancy to 65% within less than two years of it being on the market.
Ms. Keating joined TGG in 2003 as the firm’s Director Of Marketing and has been involved on the sales side of the business for the last 5 years. Prior to her work at Bell Works, she was on the leasing team for Eisenhower Corporate Campus in Livingston, NJ, as well as handling market research for many tenant representation assignments.
Mr. Mahoney is in his fifth year with the company. His early experience was earned working on many tenant representation projects in New Jersey, Manhattan and the greater Tri-State area, working with firms such as Investors Bank and Hatteras Press.
Scott Garibaldi joined the firm in 2011, and has spent the majority of his tenure managing corporate service accounts for such clients as Realogy Holding Corporation, NPS Pharmaceuticals, and Griffon Corporations. Working within the team of Jeff Garibaldi, Jerry Moore and Chuck Bower, Mr. Garibaldi has helped manage a corporate portfolio of over 32 million square feet across the country. In the process he has taken a leading role in numerous lease transactions, property dispositions and handled market research for projects stretching from Fort Walton Beach, FL to Reno, NV. Last year alone, Mr. Garibaldi was involved in over 1.2 million square feet of office and industrial space leased and over 200,000 square feet sold.
In addition to these promotions, the firm also celebrates the recent hiring of Nick Stefans, who prior to had spent four years as a commodities broker at the GFI Group, focusing on crude oil derivatives. Mr. Stefans was officially brought on board as a licensed real estate salesperson in 2015 and has since been heavily involved in spearheading new business development campaigns, as well as assisting on some of TGG’s most prominent landlord representation assignments.
TGG continues to cultivate a growing core of young sales people to help drive the firm as they look to the future and celebrate their 98th year in business.
