NEW YORK, NY — ShoreBridge Capital Partners, an independent investment and merchant banking firm that focuses on private equity, hedge funds and direct investment opportunities, signed a five-year lease at 780 Third Avenue in Manhattan.
The financial firm has committed to keeping its roots in Midtown for the foreseeable future.
“For us, it’s all about being close to our clients and associates,” managing partner Douglas Blagdon said.
Prior to establishing ShoreBridge, Mr. Blagdon was Managing Director of S.A.C. Capital Advisors, L.P. and Global Head of Marketing and Investor Relations. In this position, he was a member of SAC’s senior management team and responsible for all capital raising and investor relations activities.
To transact the deal, The Garibaldi Group teamed up with Paul Ferraro and Matthew Livingston of JLL’s Manhattan office. The team was lead by The Garibaldi Group’s president, Jeff Garibaldi.
