The Project Podcast, a Development Counsellors International (DCI) production that goes behind-the-scenes of corporate location decisions, recently did a feature on iCIMS, Inc. and the companies recent announcement that they will be relocating their headquarters from Matawan, NJ to Bell Works in Holmdel, where they will be the anchor tenant for the building as they agree to occupy 350,000 SF of office space.
iCIMS is an American software company that specializes in a cloud-based and scalable software suite that includes its three products – iCIMS Connect, iCIMS Recruit, and iCIMS Onboard – which enable employers to find, screen, and hire people.

iCIMS, a technology firm that had been on the Inc. 500 list for ten years in a row, had outgrown its existing space. Based in Central New Jersey, the company needed a new home that would appeal to its millennial talent. Their search took them to Bell Works, a former research laboratory constructed in 1962 with a long history of innovation. They hit some bumps along the way, but with the help of a pioneering real estate developer, our story has a happy ending.
