Bell Works Architect Celebrates 100th Year

The story of Christian Giordano and how he discovered his interest in architecture and eventually rose to power to run Mancini•Duffy, a New York-based architecture and interiors firm, is featured in Real Estate Weekly today. The year 2015 marks the 100th anniversary for the company and Giordano says, “It’s an honor to represent Mancini•Duffy as its president as the firm approaches its 100th anniversary”. The article tells the story of how renovations on his family’s childhood home when he was a mere ten years old made him realize his desire to become an architect, and how he has followed that desire ever since.

As the firm celebrates this incredible milestone, it also celebrates the work it is doing on Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ, where they are involved in the master plan for the interior design. Bell Works, the redevelopment of the former Bell Labs facility that encompasses over two million square feet, is being prepared as a mixed-use facility and is considered one of the biggest redevelopment projects in the state. The Garibaldi Group is proud to be the exclusive office broker on the project and sends many congratulations to Christian Giordano and the Mancini•Duffy firm for their impressive anniversary and their incredible portfolio of work.
