Property: Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. (DSI) Parsippany, New Jersey Assignment: Identify and establish a US Corporate Headquarters Location for a rapidly-growing pharmaceutical company, and facilitate it’s subsequent expansion

Conclusion:
– Negotiated an initial lease for 11,642 sq. ft. in a multi-tenanted office facility in 1997
– Over the span of 10 years and two landlords negotiated and completed five subsequent expansions of the initial premises as contiguous space within the building became available
– Assisted DSI in the programming, planning, decision and timing of those expansions, including the short-term leasing of off-site space to facilitate the transition and build out of tenant improvements for each expansion when required
– Ultimately negotiated a long term lease and final expansion 10 years later for the entire building comprised of 186,200 sq. ft.
