Garibaldi Group brokers Michael Witko and Edward Flanagan have completed a headquarters relocation for Unichem Pharmaceuticals. Unichem Pharmaceuticals (USA) Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Unichem Laboratories Ltd., will relocate from its current location in Rochelle Park to the space located at 777 Terrace Ave in Hasbrouck Heights. The 200,000-square-foot Class A office building is owned and managed by Hackensack-based Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, and Unichem has committed to occupy 5,200 SF.
The deal represents an expansion for Unichem, who has shown consistent growth in business over the years, and they are slated to move in by mid-April.
