In Morristown, the team brokered a lease of 9,781 square feet in Harding Plaza at 1200 Mt Kemble Avenue to The Gedroic Center for Integrative Medicine through the landlord Linque Management Co. The tenant, a healthcare provider specializing in integrated medicine, is set to open its doors at the new location by September of this year.
In Parsippany, the team assisted in leasing 9,816 square feet at 299 Cherry Hill Road to the law firm Kinney, Lisovicz, Reilly & Wolff. The landlord, Lincoln Property Group, enabled the tenant to move into the space in less than a month after signing the lease.
In the Lehigh Valley, and in collaboration with the firm’s Bethlehem office headed by Michael Bartolacci, Blanchard and Barnes secured 9,070 square feet at 87 South Commerce Way in Bethlehem, PA. This space formerly occupied by St. Luke’s Health Network will now be occupied by Universal Clinical Laboratories, a rare disease and specialized blood testing center.
