The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International is proud to announce its exclusive representation of the newly constructed building addition to Butz Corporate Center at 842 W. Hamilton Street, in the center of downtown Allentown. The building offers 66,073 square feet of Class-A office space on seven floors, with a typical divisible floor size of 9,439 rentable square feet. The construction of 842 W. Hamilton Street was announced in 2015, and was designed by Eric Butz of Roberson Butz Architects. It features a black façade juxtaposed against the steely-glass backdrop of 840 W. Hamilton Street, the first building of The Butz Corporate Center which sits in the forefront of the two buildings.

842 W. Hamilton is located in the Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ), a special taxing district created by state law in 2009, that encourages development and revitalization in downtown Allentown. All taxes generated in the NIZ (with the exception of school district and city taxes) can be used to pay debt service on any financed improvements within the NIZ. This allows developers/landlords to pass savings onto their tenants through reduced rental rates.
